Dr. Moza Ajaif Al Zaabi is an accomplished senior healthcare executive and consultant pediatricians with more than two decades of experience across clinical practice, hospital commissioning, academic leadership, and executive management. She brings to Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital a powerful combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
Dr. Moza’s leadership journey began with her appointment by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as the founding CEO of Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital in Dubai. There, she successfully led the hospital through its complete development lifecycle - from planning and commissioning to full-scale operations. She later served as the founding CEO of Adam Vital Ortho-Spinal & Sports Medicine Hospital, leading and guiding it from its launch to becoming a leading center of excellence. In both roles, Dr Moza was recognized for her ability to drive complex transformation initiatives while fostering sustainable performance and high-quality outcomes.
She holds a postgraduate specialty in Pediatrics from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health in the United Kingdom, and a Master’ degrees in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Dr. Moza is also a graduate of the UAE Women’s Leadership Program at the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development, and she has held academic appointments, including Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Sharjah.
