Dr. Ahmed Elhobi is a seasoned Emergency Medicine Specialist with over 15 years of clinical experience across Egypt, Bahrain, Oman, and the UAE. Known for his calm, decisive leadership in critical scenarios, he brings deep expertise in trauma care, emergency resuscitation, and multidisciplinary emergency response.
He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) with honors from Cairo University, and a Master’s Degree in Emergency Medicine from Suez Canal University. Dr. Elhobi has also earned Membership and Fellowship of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (MRCEM and FRCEM) in the United Kingdom and is board-certified by the European Society for Emergency Medicine (EBEM).
Before joining Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital, Dr. Elhobi worked at several leading healthcare institutions, including King Hamad University Hospital in Bahrain and Sultan Qaboos University Hospital in Oman. He has extensive experience managing critically ill patients, supervising junior doctors, and coordinating emergency department shifts. He is also proficient in advanced resuscitation procedures, airway management, and critical care ultrasound.
