Dr. Ahmed Osama Mohammed Abaza is a dedicated Cardiology Specialist with nearly two decades of clinical experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He is highly skilled in both non-invasive and interventional cardiology, including diagnostic angiography, coronary care, echocardiography, and cardiac emergency management.
He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) with honors from Ain Shams University, Egypt, and earned his Master’s Degree in Cardiology from Suez Canal University. In addition to his clinical qualifications, Dr. Abaza holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Geneva Business School, supporting his leadership roles in cardiology departments and strategic healthcare delivery.
Prior to joining Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital, Dr. Abaza served as a Cardiology Specialist at Al Dhaid Hospital and Saudi German Hospital in Sharjah. His international career also includes key positions at King Abdullah Medical Complex in Jeddah, where he was a senior specialist and team leader in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU), and at Egypt Air Hospital, where he practiced in both cardiology and catheterization labs.
Dr. Abaza has also participated in multiple international conferences and published research on coronary artery disease and biomarkers, underscoring his commitment to continuous medical advancement.
