Dr. Mohamed Abdelrahman Mohamed Elgezouli is a seasoned family medicine physician with over 15 years of experience across both hospital-based and community healthcare settings. He is highly experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions, conducting wellness screenings, performing minor surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive care across all age groups. His background includes occupational health, emergency care, pediatrics, internal medicine, and patient education, with a strong commitment to evidence-based, holistic treatment.
Prior to joining Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital, Dr. Elgezouli served as a family physician at Global Medical Solutions in Abu Dhabi, where he conducted occupational health evaluations and managed a wide spectrum of primary care concerns. He also held a key role at Ambulatory Health Services – SEHA, where he led clinical teams and served as a Cerner Superuser. His earlier roles include family medicine and general practitioner positions at Emirates International Hospital, Gulf Diagnostic Center Hospital, and Shawamikh International Hospital in Sudan. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated leadership in both clinical care and administrative operations.
Dr. Elgezouli holds a Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (MRCPI) and the Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners – International (MRCGP [INT]). He also maintains an active license with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Khartoum, Sudan.
