Dr. Asan has eight years of experience in Family Medicine, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered primary healthcare.
She earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Government Medical College Kottayam, India. She holds a Diplomate of the National Board in Family Medicine (DNB) and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners – International (MRCGP [INT]).
Prior to joining Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital, Dr. Asan worked as a General Practitioner in Family Medicine at Prima Cure Medical Centre, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Dr. Asan’s scope of practice includes Family Medicine, providing comprehensive care across all age groups with a focus on disease prevention, health education, and continuity of care.
