Dr. Seetharam A. Krishnappa is a seasoned Emergency Medicine Specialist with over 16 years of experience managing acute medical and surgical emergencies. He brings a wide-ranging skill set in trauma care, critical care, toxicology, and multidisciplinary emergency response, with extensive experience treating complex cases across cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and general surgery. He currently serves as a Specialist in Emergency Medicine at Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital.
Dr. Krishnappa holds a Doctor of Medicine degree in Emergency Medicine and has completed a formal Fellowship in Emergency Medicine. In addition to his clinical practice, he has contributed significantly to education and training, serving as a mentor to undergraduate and postgraduate students and initiating training programs for nurses and EMTs in emergency life-saving techniques.
Prior to joining Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital, Dr. Krishnappa practiced in high-volume emergency departments in India and the UAE, gaining hands-on experience in polytrauma management and mass casualty response. His commitment to improving emergency care delivery is reflected in both his clinical leadership and his passion for teaching.
