Dr. Shepelyak is a Consultant in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with over 8 years of clinical experience. His special interests include Interventional Sports and Spine Medicine, and Regenerative Injections.
Dr. Shepelyak graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn, New York in 2012. He completed his residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers University-JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute in New Jersey. He later finished his Interventional Sports and Spine Fellowship at Coordinated Health in Pennsylvania. After completing his fellowship, he started his own successful practice in Midtown Manhattan.
Dr. Shepelyak experience in the field has seen him take on a variety of roles, including serving as an Assistant Team Physician for the Lehigh Valley University Men’s and Women’s Basketball and Soccer Teams. He also lectured at several national meetings and served on the editorial board of Association of Academic Physiatrists. He is active in research and has several awards for his clinical activities.
