Dr. Natacha Ajaka is a Senior Clinical Dietitian and healthcare leader with over 14 years of experience across Lebanon, Oman, and the UAE. She currently leads clinical nutrition services across Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital and Mubadala Health Dubai, overseeing inpatient and outpatient care, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Healthcare Management) from King’s Business School, along with a Master’s in Nutrition and Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is ESPEN-certified (European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism) and SCOPE-certified (World Obesity Federation), with additional certifications in healthcare quality improvement and business process management from Rutgers University.
Dr. Ajaka specializes in the management of complex clinical conditions across all age groups, including critical care, oncology, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, obesity, and dysphagia. She has played a key role in clinical governance, JCI accreditation, and the development of patient-centered, evidence-based nutrition pathways.
An active researcher and international speaker, Dr. Ajaka has presented at leading platforms such as the Forbes Healthcare Leaders Summit and Arab Health. Her recent publication in Clinical Therapeutics (2026) explores direct access to dietitian services in Dubai and its implications for chronic disease management.
Dr. Ajaka is passionate about advancing clinical nutrition as a core pillar of healthcare, mentoring healthcare professionals, and improving patient outcomes through innovation, leadership, and evidence-based practice.
